Jesus - Branch

Isaiah 4:2

KJV -  In that day shall the branch of the Lord be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the earth shall be excellent and comely for them that are escaped of Israel.

NLT - But in that day, the Branch of the Lord will be beautiful and glorious;

the fruit of the land will be the pride and glory of all who survive in Israel.

צָמַח

"Branch" in Hebrew is tsamach:  a primitive root, verb, used of the first beginnings of things which occur in the world; in Isaiah it is used as a metaphor: to cause deliverance [rather: righteousness]

He was the beginning and He is your deliverance.
